At Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy (CBPT), we're looking for passionate Physical Therapists who want to grow professionally, build meaningful relationships with their patients, and enjoy where they work.

What Your Day Looks Like:
Flexible Hours — 30–40 Hours/Week:
We’re open to 30, 35, or 40-hour schedules and work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. Whether you're looking for a traditional full-time schedule or a little more flexibility, let's talk.

2 Patients Per Hour:
Provide individualized, quality care without feeling like you're constantly racing from one patient to the next. Our 2-patient-per-hour model gives you the time to focus on your patients and their goals.

Fast, Streamlined Charting:
We know documentation can take up too much of a PT's day. Our fast and efficient charting system helps you spend less time documenting and more time treating.

PTLA Friendly:
Starting your career? We accept PTLAs and are excited to support clinicians who are ready to learn, grow, and develop their skills.

Outpatient Orthopedic Care:
Build strong relationships with your patients while delivering hands-on, patient-focused care in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic environment.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Pay: $88,000–$92,000 annually.
  • Holiday pay and PTO.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Highly trained PT aides to support your clinical workflow.
  • Performance bonuses.
  • Year-long Mentorship Program.
  • ABPTRFE-accredited Residency Program.
